## The situation

The client's API gateway was an on-premises installation of TIBCO Mashery that had to be replaced. The vendor's path forward was TIBCO Cloud API Management, its hosted version.

## What I did

- Compared the options and recommended Azure API Management, on cost and on how well it met the client's requirements.
- Moved the client's APIs onto Azure API Management.
